A Special Visit to the Cheese Dairy
We had the most enjoyable morning when some very special visitors dropped by the cheese dairy! It was a real pleasure to welcome Neven Maguire, Brian McDermott and the Dunnes Stores Simply Better team to Bó Rua Farm for a grand tour and, of course, some cheese tasting!
We had the opportunity to share the care and passion that goes into crafting our farmhouse cheddar, highlighting our focus on quality, tradition, and sustainability. It was a joy to showcase how we produce our cheese and we loved discussing the process with such a passionate group.
The highlight of the day was the cheese tasting, where our visitors got to try a range of our cheeses, including some exciting new creations. We’re thrilled to announce that our Cheddar with Fenugreek Seeds will soon be hitting the shelves in Dunnes Stores as part of the Simply Better range! We can’t wait for you to try this unique flavour combination, which we’re incredibly proud of.
