We had a very special delivery to Bó Rua Farm this afternoon from Sean at Cloncannon Biofarm. These two little pigs are the firsts pigs on the farm in fifty years. Curly & Pigín (our Muc Rua) are a cross breed between duroc and tamworth. They are going to be reared free-range, and will enjoy whey from the cheese dairy whenever it’s available.
