In a ‘normal’ year, all the family would be in Dingle this weekend enjoying the Dingle Food Festival and the Blas na hEireann Irish Food Awards. We have enjoyed success at the awards since diversifying our dairy farm and building our cheese dairy in 2018. In 2019, in our first year of production we won the Gold Medal for Best Irish Hard Cheese, in 2020 we honoured to win the Gold Medal for Best Dairy Milk and this year we are thrilled to be bringing home the Bronze Medal for our brand new smoked farmhouse cheese.
